Reverse Osmosis

Reverse Osmosis is water purifying technique that uses a semi permeable membrane to remove large particles from drinking water. This removes contaminants from water as water is pushed under pressure through the membrane. RO is the most cost effective demineralisation technology.

De-Mineralization Plant

Salient Features

Demineralization is the process of removing mineral salts from water by using the ion exchange process. It almost free water from any dissolved minerals that is purified where RAW water is passed via two polystyrene bead filled beds. Here the impurity ions present in the water is replaced by ions replaced by an ion exchanged resin. At Blue Swan we manufacture a wide range of two bed or mix bed Demineralisation plant for industrial process water customised as per client requirement. These plants are available in different sizes and is semi or fully automatic. We do complete revamping of the existing plant .

Uses of Demineralisation Plant

A demineralised plant purifies water and is used for Industrial high pressure boiler feed, Mineral water plant, computer chip manufacture use it for wash water, pharmaceutical process water, micro-electronics and other companies where purified water is required.

Rinsing / Filling / Capping Unit

Blue swan provides a wide range filling machine for water, juices and Soft drinks. Depending on client requirement and budget we provide machines that will provide 40BPM-600BPM.

Machines are customised made and are fully automatic where production remains untouched by human through production process to eliminate any kind of cross contamination. This machine is a rotary mono block where it rinses the bottle either with water or air pressure and fills the same with RO water and cap immediately. The entire process is untouched by human and keeps the production process germs free.
